About Soulful Spaces
Three women. One inclusive vision. Eleven acres of possibility.
Built for inclusion, designed for connection
Soulful Spaces started with a question: what if there was a place where everyone belonged? We pooled three decades of experience in psychology, accessibility, ASL interpretation, and integrative health to answer it. The result is a place designed for every body and every gathering.
We pooled our experience and our love of bringing people together.
Meet the founders
Amy, Amber, and Megan brought lived experience in psychology, accessibility, advocacy, and care to building a retreat where every body has a place to land. We don’t run this from a distance: we live what we built.
Amy Patton
Raised on a ranch, with a deep love of nature, animals, and people. Amy has spent over 30 years in psychology and activity therapy, much of it focused on accessibility programming at festivals and events across the country. Soulful Spaces is a 25-year vision finally taking shape: a place where every body can grow, create, and belong.
Amber Galloway
Founder and owner of Amber G Productions LLC, Amber is a globally recognized ASL interpreter and LGBTQ+ disability advocate with over a decade of work shaking up the entertainment industry. She’s the creative force behind how Soulful Spaces feels, looks, and welcomes the people who come through it.
Megan Brown
Retired US Army Master Sergeant who served in Iraq and Afghanistan. Certified yoga teacher (RYT-500) with a B.S. in Integrative Health, blending tactical medicine with mind-body wellness. At Soulful Spaces, she brings the care of a clinician, the discipline of a soldier, and the perspective of someone who knows what it takes to come home and heal.
What guides our work
We don’t just preach inclusion; we practice it. Universal Design, lived experience, and care show up in how we host every guest, every group, every event.
Built for every body, every gathering
The Barn is currently fully accessible. The pavilion is underway and will be accessible soon. We have an accessible golf cart for moving around the property. The rest is in progress, funded by our OPENING DOORS campaign through Austin Creative Alliance.
